The service I experienced was absolutely horrible. I had requested a thorough deep cleaning and the results were far from satisfactory. My oven, a primary component of any deep cleaning process, was neglected and left in a dirty state. The kitchen range, too, wasn't even superficially cleaned. This level of carelessness was continued with the mirrors, which were marred by a significant number of unsightly stains. Worst of all was the bathtub - its condition after their so-called "cleaning" was simply horrendous. Raymond advised that there would be 2 cleaners and there was I my one. She said she had a hard time understanding English and although did a decent job cleaning, there was much left undone and Raymond picked her up before she was finished and rushed her out.

The employees at Emerald Touch were very nice. Cleaning was mediocre. I paid for a deep clean in a practically empty house. It took about 2 hours for my 3 floor, 5 bedroom house and it seems that they rushed through the job. My kitchen counters didn’t seem to be touched, the cleaning products used inside the stove was not properly wiped clean and somehow my floors were not mopped. Unfortunately would not hire them again. I will never use them again, they did not move items when dusting. They dusted around the items and did not move any chairs when vacuuming. Raymond had sprayed my oven before they started ( I requested having my oven cleaned as I recently had knee replacement and can’t kneel) but when he came to wipe off the spray he only did the front of the oven. Later that evening I was about to use it and noticed the shelves were not wiped - there was still spray on them and the back of the oven was never touched, I had to find someone else to finish the oven and when I called Raymond he said he is very busy and can’t return just to clean an oven so I asked for a refund on the oven and he said he would refund me $25 but have not received any refund and that was around 3 weeks ago. Emerald touch came through for me last minute. I had some drywall renos done while away. The contractors did a decent job getting rid of the bulk of the dirt/debris but the place needed a good deep clean. I needed this next day as well. I sent a request on Bark and Raymund got back to me quickly, with a very fair price.

The cleaning while not 100% as a few small areas were missed was still really good. The place was in cleaning enough shape to welcome my family back in again.

Disappointed. Paid a lot of money to have 3 young girls dropped off for the day to clean a house that needed a deep clean…that didn’t happen.

They called me right away told me how many people would be coming give me a price ask me for a Time very professional and I will make a final review once they've completed the job.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the cleaning. They did not even wipe down the windows as there was dust everywhere. Cobwebs were left in every single corner. Kitchen cabinets inside were ALL left untouched. Very lazy cleaning with no attention to detail, they cleaned my fridge and said ‘That’s all we could get, the rest wouldn’t come off sorry’.
