WHY ELLETEN?

Located in Cochrane, Alberta, Elleten Recovery offers an addiction treatment programme supporting a wide range of substance abuse issues. CBE, REBT, DBT, trauma, music, and art therapy are some of the modalities used and on-site Chefs prepare healthy and nutritious meals daily. Our unique approach offers a hybrid of an in-patient and out-patient programme.



Upon intake, you will be introduced to your primary counsellor, who will work closely with you throughout your stay. Your counsellor's evaluations will include putting together a treatment plan that will address your individual issues. Assessment enables us to provide tailored care and allows us to determine whether a treatment is helpful for you. Your therapist also leads the morning small group therapy sessions that you and your classmates attend. Additional assessments will be completed with our clinical, medical, fitness, and nutrition experts.
