This company, from the first phone call onward was an awesome experience. Terry and Jennifer’s crew is a well oiled machine. Extremely knowledgeable very helpful with me ( I don’t know a thing about roofs and as a home owner this is the first roof I’ve had replaced- it can be intimidating). They arrive promptly at 8 am which they said they would. Within minutes, shingles were coming off the roof. By the end of the day, my house was gorgeous and my yard looked amazing!!! This crew worked hard. From the minute they came on site till the minute they left. In fact that evening when I tried to give terry the cheque, he was more concerned with getting the remainder of the nails up from the driveway and yard before losing the light; clearly showcasing his company’s high standard and professional commitment to the job extremely well done. Throughout the entire day the crews moral was high. Everyone was absolutely great. Wow...Terry, Jennifer and their crew are amazing. I had gotten several quotes on my roof, (some of which took over a week to get) and not only did these guys respond right away, they also quoted the best price along with the guarantee I was looking for. I can't say enough about Jennifer. She responded to emails and phone calls right away. I live in a semi with and elderly neighbor on the other half who was very concerned about the paperwork for her side. Jennifer "hand delivered" her receipt about 2 hours after the crew finished instead of mailing it out to her to put her mind at ease. Thank you Jennifer!!!Our roof looks fantastic!!! I contacted Roof Edge after an acquaintance had recommended them to me when I needed some shingles replaced. Knowing they were probably busy this time of year, post winter storms and multiple houses on the market, I took a chance and contacted them. Although they were not able to confirm a date with me initially, the job was done within two weeks of my first phone call. My wife and I live in a semi detached home and we as well as our neighbors needed our roofs done. We got quotes from 5 other companies and Roof Edge was by far the best quote! They beat some companies by over $1000! They were prompt in their communication to me and explained everything that they would do. When it came time to redo the roof, they showed up at the agreed upon time and cleaned up their mess very well. We were selling our property and roof needed to be redone before our closing date. We contacted Terry and asked if he’d be able to get it completed with less than 1 weeks notice. His reply was, “let me know when you need it done by and it will be done, simple as that”. Him and his crew were there at 8 am the day before our closing date, and they were done by 2 pm with the invoice in my inbox by 2:30 pm. I went to the property to finish cleaning up and cutting the lawn and everything was completed above and beyond our expectations! We had booked another known company in town but they delayed and delayed and I felt the price for what they were offering was very high so I got a quote from here. From the initial contact through to the end there was excellent communication, every question was answered, lots of info was offered, the price was very fair in my opinion and on top of that they offered to replace some bad boards or soft plywood they found without adding to the cost and I find a lot of companies quote you something and then nickel and dime you to death with things they find.The end result on a triplex in Moncton was excellent. Extra odds and ends were done to make the job better without extra cost, it was done in 2 days, it was cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell they were there (which I appreciate that attention to detail) and we are very happy with the results, price and communication.
