We love being of service to both our landlords and tenants. We have built great relationships with a lot of people through my 27+ years as a real estate agent and the opening up of my property management company since 2006

I saw a need for a property management company that not only took care of large investors but also helped out the smaller investors.

I have been in the property management business for almost 16 years and have dealt with many problems that have come up in the past. Experience is the main reason you should hire us. Licensed through the government. Insured and always upgrading our staff with new knowledge and training.

We accept auto withdrawals from the tenants for their rent. We email owners and tenants with requests and information.

We have met or exceeded all government requirements to keep our customers, staff, and friends safe. All our office staff, our showing staff and our friends we visit are double vaccinated.

Services

We take accounting, portfolio management and reporting of all funds of your rentals very seriously. We always hire experienced office staff. We just sent our accounting person to get her alternate brokers course. Knowledge that is gained by training our staff is very important to us.


At Elite Property Management we want to help smaller landlords. We believe in "giving back" which is why we help smaller landlords solve some of their issues even if they are not contracted with us. We mentor the smaller landlords. They are just as important to us as the person that has multiple properties.

At Elite Property Management we sit down with the tenants and explain to them what all the rules are before they sign their leases. We explain what will happen if they break the rules and that if some rules are broken we will have to evict them

Not all things break down during regular business office hours. We have a staff member answering our Emergency line for Emergency repairs. If it can be fix tomorrow we forward the repair through the office so the owner does not pay for after hour repair costs. If it is things like frozen pipes or a furnace not running in the winter we try to get ahold of the owner. If we cannot, we send our Emergency repair contractors.

We hire only the best we can find. Our front end staff have had a wealth of knowledge coming from the health and government field. Great customer service, helps the landlord and the tenants get the information they need and the help they requested. Deescalates tense situations and treats everyone with respect. This best explains what our customer relations officer does.

Tenant management. such as rental collections, warning letters, move in/out inspections, and lease management all have a systems. Standard Operating Procedure. The right system means all the difference in limiting mistakes on your property. When we talk with you about hiring us we ask you what is most important to you. If we can follow your instructions legally we will allow you to hire us.

We always try to keep the good landlords and tenants by following a system to try to keep good tenants and landlords happy. What keeps them happy? Keeping in touch with them when we are doing repairs. Asking them how our contractors did on the repair. Being polite, being friendly, and caring about them all help to have long term tenants and landlords. Many of our clients have been with us for over 5-15 years.
