These guys are amazing!!!
We had a backed up pipe and couldn’t shower or do laundry or dishes. Gave them a call and they came that night and fixed it for us right away. Great job!!!

Efficient, caring, informative, nothing left to the imagination. Cody came to check it out, got parts and fixed it super quickly. We were in a plumbing emergency!! I asked on Facebook who people recommended to help us out and @eli&sonsplumbingandheating were at the top of the list.
We called, and Cody let us know that he could help is out that day.
Cody has excellent work ethic, is clean and completely knowledgeable in his line of work. He went above and beyond to try to problem solve our issue. He didn't leave until he could figure out what it was and did his best to get our water/toilet flowing again! He said he needed to come back the next day with a bigger tool to be able to finish the job. We were happy to accept that. Although, he did call the next morning saying he wasn't equipt with the proper tools (needed a much longer something or other). He then informed us that he had made arrangements with a fellow from another company to finish the job! That's integrity. We will recommend this company over and over. A sincere thank you from us!

Eli & Son's plumbing were recommended to me on one of my local Facebook groups when we were on day 11 of no running water and I put out a desperate plea for help. . They were able to come right away and get a new pump installed to get our water running before another long weekend of no water!!! I found out about Eli & Sons Plumbing from recommendations I saw on a local Comox Valley Community Facebook Group and contacted them requesting their services to install our new dishwasher. There was a bit of a delay for delivery of our dishwasher due to the pandemic but Cody tentatively pencilled us in for our delivery date that was two weeks out. He was very professional in his approach, we were offered an estimate before the job was started. Upon arrival, he took the time to explain what was involved and answered all my questions. He even made sure to bring a new water line hose (something I had not thought of) for the installation. He was very personable, professional, clean and friendly and had a great attention to detail. Cody and his crew were so great very professional and fast. they took on a job that I thought about for a year thinking it was a hug job. I still think is was as they cut into my basement to find and tap into sewer line for a new bathroom. I figured a week Cody said 4 max and they were done and cleaned up in a day and a half.
