Elements Metal Roof

Not all Metal Roofs are created equal. I admittedly drive my husband insane when I invest in a purchase especially a larger one. I do my research. I could not possibly be more pleased with this selection and the value of our purchase. I understand people often look for cheaper alternatives such as sticking with asphalt or DIY with some lower value metal product. For us, we knew we had our forever home and the appeal of never needing to do an ounce of roof maintenance for the next 50 years or more was a key seller. The investment is very smart as it saves you money over time and this roofing in particular was very affordable. As I mentioned not all metal roofs are equal as others may boast a 40 year warranty but that only holds up if you invest in their maintenance program which may require a check up every 5 years and alterations which are at the homeowners expense. I have seen others where their product fades or rusts and it does not look appealing years down the road for their cheaper at the moment of purchase investment. I must also state, I can not say enough good things regarding the workers Charles employs. They are a true family and for the short time they are on your property, they feel like they have become part of your trusted family. Charles keeps his team small for a reason. They are busy but they provide an excellent service at a very reasonable price. I was drawn to this company as my father was a carpet layer who always said with pride, “I may not be the best but there are non better.” My dad did not say this boastfully! As a child I watched how hard he worked & all the late nights he put in over the years. He was most often a team of 1 or 2 but he believed in keeping things small and providing an excellent quality of service at a great value. He did not always earn every bid he quoted as some went for the cheaper or DIY options but in the end a lot of his work was fixing the jobs of others because they may have quoted a cheaper price but the customer was not satisfied shortly after they walked away. I witnessed these traits and qualities in this small efficient team! Charles team expected nothing from us but were so appreciative of the simple kindness of offering them a morning coffee or hot chocolate when they arrived or sending a treat up the ladder while they worked so quickly and efficiently at their tasks. For your reference: Jeff or as I call him the Tooth fairies best friend likes his coffee super sweet! Brian & Richard: one takes their coffee black and the other with just a splash of milk and sugar. Charles and the gentleman whose name I did not catch love a nice hot chocolate! Thank you, gentleman, for the amazing job! My husband and I could not be more pleased, we have received nothing but compliments as the neighbours & Facebook friends watched in awe. We are so pleased with our new metal roof from Elements. Charles and his team are one of the most professional contractors that we have ever dealt with. The team is driven to do a top notch job while using all the proper provincial safety regulations; thus, taking the pressure off the home owner that everything will be done right and in a safe manner. Within days of completion, we have had numerous neighbours and walkers/drivers stopped by and comment on how much they love the roof. Elements is a definite 5 Star Plus company. More...
