I injured myself two years ago doing Bootcamp. I finally saw orthopaedics and had my hip injected. It was after that I started working with Sue. In just a few short sessions I could already feel the difference in my mobility. She showed me movements to come out of pain. Life changing! The spinal strip is amazing - just buy it!
