Elemental Expressions exceeded our expectations for our 120 person reception. For starters, the price was significantly better than other caterers. Also, by paying early we were able to pick another menu item for free. We chose fettuccine Alfredo which ended up being a favourite of many of our guests. Our chosen menu mains were roast & chicken. They were so tasty! The potatoes, vegetables, Caesar salad & garden salad were great too. We brought our own desserts. I plan on using Elemental Expressions again as our children are adults and there is a good chance for weddings in the nearish future! Thanks Deidre & team! More...

Our delicious Herb Roasted Chicken is a crowd favourite as well as our Rosemary Garlic Crusted Roast Beef
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have many sample menus that can be customized by our clients. A favourite is definitely our “build a buffet menu”, where our clients can, quite literally, build their own buffet. Accommodating dietary restrictions
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting all the different people and the diverse events that we’ve done over the years has been amazing
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love for food and bringing people together. My baba was a huge inspiration
