It is with much enthusiasm that I am writing to recommend the services of Eidos Design Studio.

During my web search, I was extremely fortunate to have come across your company to design and build my twelve exterior bar stools. I must admit at the onset, I was a bit apprehensive with paying out the deposit and subsequent final payment to someone that I have never met and from another country, however, after going back and forth with you, via phone &/or email, I soon realized you were very trustworthy and attentive to my concerns.

At the beginning stages, I sent a simple photograph of what I was hoping to get. Added to that, the stools were to be uniquely designed to include nonstandard height, Brazilian walnut with swivel seats.
To incorporate these from a photo was a feat that I did not think would be achievable to my picky standards. Eidos Design Studio surpassed our expectations by creating these amazing bar stools!

I would like to point out how impressed I was at your attention to every detail and incorporated exactly how we discussed. In my business, that sometimes can take an exhausting amount of time to micromanage. Thank you for going above & beyond by creating a prototype, so we both were on the same page. I cannot say enough about the personal care, quality and workmanship that went into making these stools. You truly are a craftsman and artist in the field of furniture making.

I would also like to impress upon your shipping department. It was certainly evident in the amount of care they put into wrapping and packaging. Every stool arrived in pristine condition!
