Very hard working staff and reasonable priced for our move out cleaning..charged price as the quoted amount..we are keeping them to do our monthly cleaning.

Very reasonable price and the team worked well together to do the most within the 2 hours..our place hasn't been cleaned for awhile and they did try to cover everything, we left some for next visit as I didn't book for enough time. The 3 ladies were very pleasant and accommodating. Items were not returned where they found them but that didn't take me long to return the furniture and Items.

Prompt, helpful and flexible. Great service and an affordable price.

We were expecting two cleaners for 1.5 hrs each and we had set the work up accordingly. Instead they sent three cleaners for 1 hr each and it didn't work out logically. They were very rushed to get it done in the hour and the quality of the cleaning was inferior. I paid for a deep-cleaning following renovations, and it was anything but. There was still grit and plaster dust in the shower stall when my daughter wanted to use it. The floors also had plaster dust. It was very superficial and not a "deep cleaning" at all. I am very sorry that you were not happy with the service. I do recall asking you how was the service after it was completed and you did mention they did great :( Adding additional hour in order to complete a bigger task like yours was was an option.

They arrived 5 minutes late however Aileen already gave me a heads up that they were behind. .They end up finishing on time, with A+ quality and she took $20 off the original price as it took quicker than they thought. The girls showed up on time, very polite and very hard working They went over and beyond what regular cleaners do. They are very professional and very much willing to please. Lol 😂 this company is trash their communication skills are horrible I’ve called them multiple times no answer then they tried to say that it was my fault who is going to wake up at 9 AM and go somewhere without confirmation they didn’t answer me when I msged them at 6am to confirm then after I left a review they had a whole lot to say

You were booked for 8-9 am but you requested to be seen at 9:10... the girls were there at 9:00 am ..but you are not around..and name calling and swearing at me is not acceptable..

Aileen is the nicest person you could ask for. She is more accommodating than any other cleaning service I have used. Her staff are extremely proficient and do and excellent job. Aileen and her team are punctual, efficient and offer reasonably priced cleaning services. They bring their own supplies but also leverage some of ours according to our preferences. We opt for maintenance cleaning with periodic deep cleaning and both are done well. They did an amazing job with our home and because of that we got them to do our hall and other buildings. They are reasonably priced and very good with what they do. Algier and Con did amazingly.

It was the best experience we ever had with cleaning service. They are very flexible and goes over and beyond to help you out.

Aileen is wonderful and very accommodating with scheduling my cleaning. Her staff are very efficient, very good at their job and very personable. I was not sure I would find someone to replace my other cleaner when she left but this group of cleaners have gone above my expectations. My home has never been cleaner.

These cleaners do not show up when they say they will. They are very expensive. Many of the cleaners are young and do not own cars so they are dropped off by someone else and don't start and end on time. They didn't want to load my dishwasher so just left the dirty dishes in a pile in the sink. I mentioned to their supervisor to call or text if there were problems or questions. They did not. They consistently forget duties throughout the house. I wasn't there to consistently monitor when they arrived and left; so wouldn't recommend

Sorry that things didnt work out with us..and just for the record we dont have (never hired) anyone below 26y/o...30+ on the average..

Lovely is very efficient and I am really happy for the first time she came to clean my house.

Thanks for the leaving a review. Its always a struggle to stay on the budget (in your case its 1.5 hours) to do the main floor and 2nd floor..and at the same time wanting to finish everything. What will help is to have a list of what is needed to be done for the amount of time..and we will stay focused on your priority:)
