So glad to see such an amazing before and after results with ECO Duct Care team, I’m not expecting this much difference as I tried them first time but they made it! I’m quite happy and satisfied with the eco duct crew that they’re on time at my place and guide about every steps they were did and even I told them to clean my air conditioner for which I paid them extra and they deserve it as it’s not included in it so they did my air conditioner as well with it’s filter change.

Unfortunately not the best experience. Late for the appointment (2 hour window was provided) which meant I couldn't look after the job being done. Once here, I was quoted the need for additional work / brushing (upcharge) which seemed fair enough and agreed to. Again, could not over see the work being done as they had come late. Upon inspection on the same day -- noticed at least 4 vents untouched and clearly needing work still.
Reached out right away to company representative (pictures provided) - who went on about the standard of guarantee for up to year post cleaning. Quite astounding as I was literally calling just a mere hour or two after this "cleaning" service was done talk less of months after.

After just over a week of no accountability or response on rectifying this, I now have to get another company to come do the job all over again and hopefully get it cleaned as should have been done the first time around. More...
