If you need someone to do a light cleaning and semi dusting then Mark is your man.
He did a decent job on the carpets upstairs as well, carpets look better but his machine left some kind of weird carpet dust in the corners.

Otherwise I would NOT recommend this company.

I sent floors plans, pictures and a list of my priority items in advance ensuring I set the scope in the beginning.

The floors were mopped but the dust on them needed some pressure on the mop to get them cleaner, Mark simply moved the mop around swishing the dirt around and didn’t even touch the front entry way floors. I re-did the floors myself with some Lysol floor cleaner and a Vileda mop in 40min and it was a better job than his. Streaks left on the windows, dust left on mantle, stairs dusty where railing meets floor. We paid to have him clean the fridge and again as if he worked at the mall cafeteria all did is a simple wipe…. The top of the fridge hinges was dusty and the water dispenser area had calcium build up that again simple needed a bit more pressure to remove…which I did on my own but had paid someone to do for me. So it was a waste of money.
No attention to detail, no pride in cleanliness was taken anywhere in our home.
We are fair and paid him for his time as per the invoice (he came ALONE to clean an 1800sq ft home).
We should have gone with our gut feeling from the moment he arrived ALONE and cancelled the job but wanted to give him a chance, I will know better next time.
Don’t waste your money, go with another company. More...

I am not one to put much stock in reviews, as you only get one side of the story. We stand behind our services if there is major issues they are dealt with, in this case they came up at the end just before payment. We felt all issues were corrected so not sure why the trash talk? Since we will most likely not be able to satisfy this client I will let everyone know there move in cleaning costs will be refunded. There was no issues with the carpet cleaning that they said to my face so we will not be refunding that service. In the end we all you just human.

Great job couldn't ask for a better cleaning service.
