The best contractor I have dealt with in a long time. They partially replaced my eavestroughs and downspouts . This winter the snow on the 2nd floor metal roof melted and fell in large blocks on the 1st floor roof. I needed to have the eaves fastened back. Neethan called back within 5 minutes of my online request and quoted. Arrived on the appointed day and delivered efficiently. He also agreed to inspect the eaves of the entire home. I have used other services that are unreliable and yes cheaper. I had my older eavestroughs thoroughly cleaned and repaired. I had dampness in my basement on Friday and they made arrangements to come to my house ASAP. I called Neethan when my downspout was leaking from all the connections. He couldn't help me right away but helped diagnose what was wrong. I had called three companies to fix my problem. The first said nothing could be done because the roof needed replacing before he would touch the eaves and downspout. Number two said he was familiar with my style of house and would not even come to look yet gave me a quote on the phone.
And then there was NEETHAN from EAVES EXPERTS who made an appointment, arrived on time with a fully equipped van, explained what he would do, quoted a decent price and the rest is history. Every year, the leaves from our big beautiful maple tree fall into the gutters. This has to be taken care of before the winter snows come. I should have posted this long time ago but better late than never...
In September 2015, I noticed water was sitting in one of the eaves. The problem was that previous homeowners cancelled a downspout but did not install a new one. Neethan answered the phone right away- unlike other highly rated companies that took days to return my call. He understood the problem right away and knew exactly what questions to ask to get all the information he needed. He even asked me to send him photos of the other eaves and of the place I thought would be best to install the new one, so he could match the colour. His quote was very reasonable (another company I contacted asked more than twice without even speaking to me- just based on the information I provided on their web form).

Out of 5 of the top rated companies listed here, Neethan was the only one who called me right away. He came out promptly to see the issue I have and advised me to what he thought would rectify my problem - grading and eaves covers. I asked if he thought a total replacement would fix my problem, but he said it was not necessary. Now that is an honest man! He showed up early the morning we agreed on, did his 'fixes' and cleaned up. He told me twice to let him know if the problem was fixed when it rained again. If not, he would come out again and deduct what I paid from my new bill. Complicating this is another issue I have now is with Avenue Road Roofing. We hired Neethan and company to replace a small section of eavestrough which had been damaged above our front porch. When a collosal storm revealed weaknesses in other sections of our eaves, we hired them to come back and do the rest of the house. Both times he provided a very competitive quote. Neethan is very knowledgeable, and he and his team are punctual and diligent. They take the time to test the eaves with water (in our case from our yard hose) to make sure everything is working as it should. He kept us in the loop when they encountered an issue - he was unable to replace one section because of an issue cause by a bad roofing job, so he fixed the existing trough instead and adjusted the cost accordingly. Arranging a time for him to do the job was easy and on the arranged date he arrived on time and worked efficiently. Not only have they helped me maintain my eaves with an annual cleaning, they replaced broken eaves and solved my flooding problems by replacing and moving a ineffective downspout. Neethan has done work for us on two occasions and both times we have been impressed with his professionalism, the quality of the work and his competitive rates. He installed a new downspout for us in the summer of 2014 and fixed an existing downspout problem that had been plaguing us for years. Eaves Experts did a great job on our downspouts. We needed new 3X3s after many of our original 2X3s had split. We had spoken to a couple of contractors but didn’t have a good feeling. I liked Neethan as soon as I met him on the phone. He was friendly, quick with his quote and to book the work. He did a nice colour match beforehand - aluminum and caulk - and his work is clean. I live in an older home and because there is a lack of proper insulation, we often get ice dams in the flat roof part in the winter.
After purchasing heating cable I wanted to find a company that would install the cable on the roof. I called no less than a dozen companies before I got Eaves Experts to do the job and I am glad that I did.
Neethan responded to my call promptly and we chatted about what I wanted done. We settled on a time and he was great at communicating when he was going to be able to come to do the work, even letting me know that he was running a bit late.
When he got to the house, he set up quickly and I showed him what needed to be done. He had some great suggestions and was really easy to work with.
I’ve worked with lots of contractors but Neethan was one of the best communicators as well as knowing his stuff.

I have been dealing with eaves overflow and leaking since I had my eaves replaced 6 years ago. I have had a couple of companies come to look at problem, only to tell me there is no problem. So I turned to HomeStars.
Eaves Experts returned my call the same day. This really impressed me. I had called 3 companies and, they were the first to call back.
Neethan went to my house, I was not at home. He inspected
the eaves, he noticed the sag in our troughs. Finally, I thought I was seeing things! he made some suggestions, and I decided on getting the whole system replaced.
We went with a much wider trough, and they are solid run no seams.
From the first phone call to the job being completed...one week. Very clean workers, and nothing left behind for us to deal with, just a brown bag full of leaves.
I love my eaves troughs. It rained the other night, and there was no leaks, and no spill over. I am ready to recommend Eaves Experts to any one. And the price can't be beat. Neethan told me that they also do trough cleaning, and the price on that is very good as well. I hope to meet Neethan one day :)
