A garage that is suitable for conversion would have a concrete foundation. The location would be idealy at the rear of the poperty.

First stage is the predesign. Owner and myself get together and determine what can be done and what they are looking for.
Second stage is to set a budget. This would include the design work and construction so that the owner knows going in how much will be required to complete the project.
Third stage is design and permit. The owners would work closely with me to determine the design used to submit for building permit.
The fourth stage is construction. With permit in hand the construction is completed to the design with changes if required.
The fifth stage is to walk through with a glass of wine and admire the completed work.

A loft that is suitable for conversion if it has sufficient head room or the lability to increase the head room.

Meeting the people and designing something that works for them
What inspired you to start your own business?
A wife and three kids to care for. I know construction and it is the field I'm best at.

I could complete the work for an out of town owner and report online and remotely. We do not do projects under $1 million out of town.
