I love taking the mystery out of nutrition and seeing that moment of understanding in a client - when they feel that empowerment to take charge of their health.

I have been an entrepreneur since 2001 and enjoy being able to put all that I have into what I am building. Nutrition and healthy lifestyle has been a passion of mine since I was 13 and started buying my own groceries :) Overcoming my personal health challenges and raising 3 young boys has given me a lot of understanding on how best to support others in their wellness journey.

If you are looking for a guide and some understanding about what is really happening to you and how your choices, foods, habits will impact your vitality and health - I'm here for you. I won't be just telling you to eat more kale and send you on your way. I want to understand what is happening for you in your life, so that changes we employ will fit into the world you live in - and take you closer to your health goals.
