I love the challenge of finding a unique solution for each applicant.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw a big opportunity in the market to provide a personal/human connection with clients and eliminate the anxiety of getting a mortgage.
Why should our clients choose you?
Mainly because I don't believe in excuses and I do whatever it takes to find a solution. I work with over 45 different lenders and I only get paid if I find a mortgage for my clients.

Yes. I prefer to see clients in person but everything can be done remotely. All paperwork can be signed digitally and Identification verified over zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have invested in software that allows for me to help clients obtain their T4's Notice of assessments and most other documents required by lenders at a click of a button. I have also digitized the whole process of signatures and documentation.
