We started bringing our 5 month old girl here and it is clear she loves it!! She rushes in the door and goes right to the staff for pets. We also have a 6 year old small dog that has had trouble socializing in the past with lots of energy and anxiety. They opened their arms to him, and for it only being his second day I can tell he already loves it there too. We are so grateful for Dogs Tail helping out both of our crazy dogs with socializing! I really appreciate the time spent with myself and my dog at the meet and greet making sure everything was a good fit, really put me at ease. Great location, great environment and I loved that I could live stream and watch my dog interacting with the other dogs. I live out of town and come in for work so it takes so much stress off knowing my boy has a place to go and I can pick him up happy and tired after a long day for both of us. More...

Bad- I don’t recommend this place at all. I took my senior dog to get groomed, when I picked him up he was incomplete and looked more like a stray dog. When I asked they said the groomer was training and that he had been anxious. No groomer has ever described my dog like that, on the contrary I’ve always been told he is the best. The girl that had been helping the trainee tried to fix it in front of me but pulled my dogs leg too much making him Yelp. I was so upset I told her to stop. They gave me 50% discount. The next day I noticed my dog having issues with his eye, hard time opening it I assumed he had a debris from grooming. As days went by it wasn’t getting better. I called the vet (my dog had been in for his yearly physical 3 days before grooming and he was in perfect condition) and he said it sounded like he was injured and to bring him in to see to what extent. I messaged dogs tail inc. and they told me that the grimmer had been let go and that they can refund me the other half I had paid. I said that won’t cover what it will probably cost me to take him to the vet again. I never heard back from them. I sent them the bill once I had taken my dog in and asked who do I talk to about this?again I never heard anything back. I made a review on their page which they deleted and tried contacting them again and they had blocked me from sending them messages. If you care about your furry friend don’t take them to this business they are not responsible and are neglecting their responsibilities. They should have never given a senior dog to someone training. My dogs eye hasn’t gotten better I have to take him in again tomorrow don’t know how much that will cost. This has put me back financially and this huge expense was not expected. I send my grand fur baby there when mommy is at work and we are so impressed with the set up. I love the cameras and the transparency of everything that goes on there. I also love the add ons!!

Amazing experience! My pup looks and smells amazing after his royal bath. He’s a year old boarder collie and the delt with his crazy energy amazing. Definitely recommend.

The staff were so attentive with my dog. It is apparent they really want to spend time with the dogs. After trying out another facility and not being impressed, I think we may have found the perfect place. Thanks to all at Dogs Tail that made Tucker’s first day the best it could be! More...

We have taken our pups here for a couple weeks Now. The staff is awesome with them and I know they are in good hands. Their space is really clean and very open. They always have a pack leader in with the dogs who play with them, tosses the ball, takes the dogs outside (in a fenced,safe location) and are always showing the dogs attention. Best part is, they have direct feeds for the camera so you can take a look and see how your pup is doing. That way I can actually see how my dogs are interacting and playing. It gives me a piece of mind knowing that I can see them. Now when I drop the dogs off, they can’t wait to get in and see everyone and start playing. When I pick the dogs up at the end of the day, they are so tired they get in the car and fall asleep right away. This place and their staff is amazing! Highly recommended More...

Zena had such a fun first day of daycare yesterday! I felt so happy with the fact that I could check in on her throughout the day on the webcam. It made me so happy to see her playing and getting lots of exercise. Zena will absolutely be going to dogs tail for a long time & I would recommend this place to anyone with a fur baby of their own.
