No matter what life throws at you, wherever you are in ur life, she shows you that u can always improve into a better you, each day a little more.. What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding and fulfilling aspect of my job is that it is the path I walk myself on every day. Every coaching experience enriches who I am and allows me the opportunity to bring forth the best of me. It is a privilege to be part of and to positively impact another person’s life. We are each other’s teachers and students, cruising the perfect adventure that we call life, together, creating growth, excitement, and wonderful changes along the way. I love seeing how my clients get empowered by the breakthroughs that the coaching process facilitates and bring together the fragmented parts of themselves into a stronger and more resilient version of themselves. In the end, what makes my mission matter is that my clients get to transform themselves from the core and choose to build their lives on their own terms.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Coaching was (and is) part of my evolution. I was astounded by the depth shifts that came about during each coaching session, and how empowering it is to discover that you had the answers all along, that YOU are the answer to your problems. And, that those problems are our greatest opportunities for change. All that is needed is to discover how to arrive at the answers. Coaching is the path. Questions lead to unexpected breakthroughs and revelations. For me, having a coaching business represents the vessel that allows me to contribute to the world, to raise the consciousness of people, one client at a time. Coaching is the straightforward process to create a different reality for ourselves.

I lead the coaching process from the heart. I am attuned to my clients’ deepest healing and transformation. I bring resources to play meant to make this transformation into a process of alchemy: no thoughts, beliefs, or experiences are lost or ignored, instead, everything is brought together and used to create a shift in energy, focus, and perspective on what matters, on what they desire, deserve, and have the potential to BE. I am particularly skilled at seeing parts of themselves not met yet, at giving voice to what is not being said, and helping my clients find their way forward. I thrive at empowering them to live life by choice, instead of by default, to build the strength of mind and spiritual resilience through reflective living. I help my clients to easily arrive at the answer. I show up as who I am, being in integrity. I lead, speak and coach from the heart, and I am here to show my clients that they are Conscious Life Creators, equipped with all that they need to live life on their own terms.

I provide my services in person, online, and I also offer extensive 1:1 coaching sessions remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All my sessions after the Covid pandemic started have been performed remotely or online.
Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment
The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life.
With the awareness and insights gained through the Energy Leadership Index debrief, clients have the opportunity to reshape their attitudes and worldview and “transform who they are.”
Life Coaching
I assist individual clients in consciously navigating their inner landscape, and learning to be in the moment. I help them to achieve their personal and professional
goals while thriving in the face of change. I challenge and inspire clients to consciously create their lives so as to reflect their inner passions and purposes. Through the process of Core Energy Coaching, my clients learn how to generate positive transformation in their lives, improve their relationships and master their personal power.
Executive & Leadership Coaching
I collaborate with top executives to enhance their creativity in finding business solutions, elevate their leadership skills and make the necessary changes in
their working environment. This leads to an increase in employees’ satisfaction and enhances their motivation and involvement.
Team Coaching
I coach and mentor teams to build stronger and better business relationships, foster leadership, and create collective success. I deliver experiential exercises to help team players better know one another, enhance
communication and collaboration. I partner with team members to identify solutions and co-create action plans that help them and their leaders strengthen their relationships and commitments to each other and to the company’s values, mission, and objectives.
