What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy the flexibility it provides me to pursue my passions and to spend time with those important to me. It also seemed to be the most impactful way I could make a difference in the lives of others.
Why should our clients choose you?
Very few if anyone else will have the level of experience that I can bring to bear in assisting a client to achieve their goals. As a former professional athlete and lifelong fitness enthusiast I know what it takes to be successful and I work hard to ensure my clients are as well.

Yes. I work via video streaming apps such as Zoom or Google Meet to devise, implement and oversee a client's fitness program. Even though we may not meet in person frequent communication allows me to stay on top of the client's journey and provide guidance every step of the way.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work out of a facility that is meticulous in its cleaning protocols. When working offsite all my equipment is cleaned prior to each new session. I wear a mask and maintain the required 6ft distance as much as is possible.
