Sean is a top notch trainer. He's very laid back and this is quite deceptive. He has maintained incredible fitness himself after retiring from professional football and I find that he has made it 10X easier than it's ever been for me to see a future where I get fitter and fitter each year. I used to do routines like P90X and Insanity for 60-90 minutes per day. Sean has built an insanely manageable routine that takes me 15-20 minutes per day to maintain and allows me to stay consistent.
