Deep Cleaning Services
They were very prompt to respond and got me scheduled right away. The cleaning got shifted three times in a couple of days but the cleaners and owner were very friendly.
To be fair they did take on a big task. My house was a good bit of a mess and I appreciate the organizing clutter and cleaning around most things that they could.
For areas that weren't as cluttered, I was disappointed in the level of cleaning—such as the bathroom floor not being cleaned at all or the baseboards in it with visible dust. On the counter, you could see cloth smears. The kitchen floor was cleaned but not very well.
There were also two things damaged/broken which would have been less of a deal if it had just been mentioned to me. A cabinet with a key had a bench jammed against it and the key bent and broke in the lock, a thread of carpet was pulled up (maybe with a vacuum) but left a clear and very visible break in the carpet in my hallway.
All in all, while there were the few things I wasn't pumped about, they really did help create space in my place that was lacking which has helped improve access and the quality of life around here. I do feel like they did the best they could with what I presented them with.
