What’s your signature dish?
There’s no one signature dish as everyone’s preferences are different. When asked what would be the best thing I’ve made my answer is simply “the next one”, as I base my success on the satisfaction of my clients.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I build every menu based on the wants of my clients, keeping note of dietary restrictions and personal preferences.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the creativity, pace and social aspect of cooking, as well as the process of creating something amazing from various raw ingredients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having total creative freedom and being able to share those experiences with others.

Delectable bites are elegantly arranged on platters for your enjoyment. Either passed by our serving staff or beautifully displayed on tables for guests to graze selections.
