I snatched the opportunity to educate myself and truly learn how to transform people's lives and to work with them to achieve their deepest desires.

What do you love most about your job?
I love when clients express how much of an impact one small change they've done helped them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I get so much satisfaction knowing I can add value to peoples' lives - even if it's just in a small way or for a short while. Healed people heal people and we need more positivity and love in this world!
Why should our clients choose you?
I will always do my best to understand where you are and what your comfort levels are for healthy habit building. I will always push you, challenge you and call you out on your BS because nothing grows in the comfort zone but chaos is also not sustainable!

I only offer services online or remotely. I believe video calls are the best way to go and am flexible with the medium in which we communicate. I have done FaceTime, WhatsApp video calls as well as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. I am very flexible with what works best for my client.
