COVID-19 has brought a lot of uncertainty in many people's lives and the stress levels of Canadians have doubled since the onset of the pandemic. Females have been impacted the most and have experienced anxiety, depression and fatigue. Long workdays, not enough sleep, putting others first like your significant other, parents or even children, it certainly has been exhausting.

Hi I am Dahlia, creator of Dahlia Nutrition. I am based out of the Greater Toronto Area, I am a foodie and a firm believer that all foods fit. When I moved to Canada in 2000, I fell in love with the diverse culture filled with friends from different backgrounds and food from various ethnic cuisines. This fueled my passion and love for food even more. Travelling all around the world has shown me the role food plays in many cultures and now I want to bring that joy into people’s lives.


There are a few things I like to do to help keep my mind and body active. During the warmer months I enjoy gardening and using home grown vegetables and herbs in cooking delicious meals. This is one of my favourite ways for saving time and money while bringing the freshest of ingredients into my kitchen. I also enjoy going for walks or taking my bicycle and going for a long ride to blow off some steam.

I am a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience. My services are virtual which means I save you time from travelling to a clinic to see me, and this means that you get more time back in your day.

At Dahlia Nutrition, we help millennial females who are struggling with stress and anxiety to quickly take control of their health by utilizing nutrition to improve their energy and mood with just a few nutrition counselling sessions or cooking classes.

A common misconception is that in order to eat better, you need to sign up for a long program or be on an unrealistic and rigid meal plan, let's be real here, who has time for that? Unlike other self-claimed nutritionists, we’ll reveal how you can feel better via food and nutrition so that you have more time to spend with your loved ones or even time to put YOU first.

Our virtual nutrition programs are designed and performed by Registered Dietitians. We’ll teach you simple to follow transformative steps that will empower you to stay ahead of your stress and anxiety for the rest of your life. It’s time to put YOU first.

If this is your first time booking an appointment, schedule an initial assessment. This will include a review of your medical history and food journey, we will then work together on your goals.

All appointments are virtual, utilizing video calls on a personal device such as a phone or computer.

We offer various cooking classes:
1) Individual cooking skills
2) Date Night
3) Girls Night
4) Friends and family

Each session will be 1.5 hours, you will receive your ingredients list in advance of your appointment so you can purchase your ingredients. We will prepare the meal together at our set appointment.
