Originally we wanted to do just half of the roof de-mossing , but after we got estimate we were so impressed with very reasonable prices and the quality of the job performed that we ended up booking the whole package: roof cleaning, siding cleaning and driveway pressure washing. Full marks to management and staff, who did a roof moss removal and window cleaning on our ********** home. They appeared when promised and cleaned up the roof, soiled aluminum deck fascia and windows as quoted - but we later noted residue on some windows, resulting from rinsing of deck fascia after some view windows whose washing had been completed out of sequence. Manager Darryl responded quickly and positively to our concerns and had a followup visit booked which cleaned up all remaining concerns. I had a quote to vacuum the inside gutters and fix some downspouts in Nanaimo. The men showed up on the appointed day and in addition to the quoted work they also cleaned the outside of the gutters and the fascia on the front of the carport. They even ran the brush over a couple of picture windows at the back of the house. Darryl did the extra work at price he originally quoted.
