Kyle responded to my enquiry quickly, identified himself, listened to my dilemma, said he thought it was recoverable and arrived the next morning to look at situation. Had a date and time to do the work within 2 days. Work was completed very satisfactorily as discussed in timeframe given, with minimal intrusion to us. The first thing to know about Kyle is that he’s a true gent. Warm and friendly, when he came over to quote we chatted about our lives, family and our new house before getting down to business. Throughout the work, he was hugely respectful of our home and a pleasure to have around. Secondly Kyle’s work is second to none. What do you love most about your job?
The ability to transform a clients home, the fact that I get to serve in a way I love! The smile of a happy customer when I complete a project.
When a client discusses with me what they want and seeing there ideas come to life and seeing them pleased with my work! I love working with people so being able to work along home owners, other companies and real estate agents is real team work in my eyes! Building networks and relationships with the ability to have connections with other contractors, I believe creating a community of assets instead of competitors goes along way!
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to create my own business is being my own boss. I've believed for years I was always a leader and I've grown to realize that I don't fit in a 9-5 work life! I take pride in getting things done the right way and if that's means I have to be the one to step up then so be it! Having it happen to my self and witnessing in certain industries the way employees are treated is very disappointing, as I grow my goal is to hire the right employees or train, treat, pay, mentor them, or put the people in place to mentor them, and treat them the way they deserve! Were all people, we deserve to be treated that way!

I will work with you, and be patient with my clients. I don't cut corners to get things done quicker. I strive for quality not quantity for the company Cuts And Coats! I want to build a Quality review list to have my actions speak louder then words! And if Cuts And Coats cant take on all the work, there's no reason to look anywhere else.
