I am very upset with Crunch. I was a member of Crunch Waterloo but I canceled my membership last year amidst the Pandemic. Me and my partner were just charged in our credit cards for a membership we cancelled and haven’t used for more than 1 year. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone at Crunch. I absolutely love this gym. The staff and atmosphere are motivating!! I lost my motivation somewhere in the last few years and coming in has brought it back. I go almost every day now. That's saying something! Seriously! The owner is always there and very pleasant. He chats with the guests. I never feel intimidated walking in. Everyone is super friendly. shout out to Vanessa who occupies my babe in kids crunch so I can do my thing. She's a gem :) I live the Hitt classes ! Fun and challenging, bootcamp style with the ropes, etc. Starting to try the other classes. They are fun and you come out feeling great. Super affordable! The Staff are professional and friendly. The gym is massive and has numerous options for the members. Personally I love how close it is to Herc's Nutrition for shakes and the members discount!
