More then just a gym! Amazing couches with a super supportive atmosphere. Offered schedule works for just anyone and all you have to do is just show up and do the well put together WOD. Personally CrossFit Fernie has saved me during a pretty intense injury, by modifying my work-outs, supporting and checking in on my progress. This is not just a gym. CrossFit Fernie is so much more then that. It is a support system, a place where I go to keep myself accountable and it is a place that inspires me. I love going to this gym. I was new in town when I joined and I got so much more than just a workout. It’s a great community, and lifting weights is a really empowering experience. I was skeptical about joining CrossFit because I thought it was all about flipping tires and grunting loudly while lifting heavy things and never thought I'd be strong enough to do it. My experience at CrossFit Fernie has been uplifting, motivating, and transformative. The coaches are fun and encouraging, and the fellow athletes are all very supportive. There is a good variety of classes and movements for all abilities and ages. I've met many wonderful people at this gym. I'd highly recommend checking out CrossFit Fernie! We held our son's 8th birthday party here and it was probably the funnest party we've had ! Christina was great with the kids and had lots of fun, physically-active activities planned - a must when you're trying to tire out 16 8 and 9 year olds . It was amazing how well she had their attention and everyone participated. They provided all the equipment and even built a mini obstacle course for the kids to enjoy . There was plenty of room to have food and cake too. Apart from setting up and tearing down our decorations and food they did the rest! Great venue and very friendly staff . Will be back :)) More...

I had heard so much about Crossfit for the past couple of years and finally took the chance to try it a few weeks ago! Jeremy was an amazing coach who took the time and energy to work with all 7 of us taking the elements class, he made everyone feel comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable! Jana although we never had the pleasure of meeting was nothing but helpful when it came to payments and organizing the whole sign up process! I only got to work with Dustin, Christina, Michela And Lisa for coaches but they were all so helpful! I'm sad to have only gotten to be with Crossfit Fernie for a couple of weeks but I know I will continue with Crossfit where ever I end up because of the positive experience I have had with you guys!
