First off I ask for the budget, how many people, style of service and type of food. I then custom build 3 menu options with differing prices. Once they choose which menu, we can make any tweaks to the specific items in order to ensure total customer satisfaction.

I love catering events because it gives me more creative freedom for designing menus but I love having the structure of knowing exactly how many people and what to make as opposed to a restaurant that is strict on the food but can be unpredictable when it comes to knowing how much to make.

I spent 3 years having total control of the kitchen at my moms restaurant, during that time we did a lot of events and catering and I realized how much I enjoyed that aspect of it. When she decided to close I just couldnt imagine going back to working under someone else so decided to stick to the catering I had already been doing, just under my own business.

I also work very hard to try to keep my prices as low as possible while still sourcing as much local ingredients as possible, because my family are farmers I am able to source beef and grains at a reasonable price, with the bonus of knowing exactly where it comes from.
