What do you love most about your job?
Helping people keep their electronics for longer, by helping them fix what they have or chose a long last solution.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help people in the best way I can. Though I did work in the machining industry, I only ended up helping other companies when I would much rather help individuals with their personal computers, as businesses would sooner replace their hardware than try to fix it. Regardless, I am still more than happy to come to the aid of any business should their internal teams prove lacking, as every second that something doesn't work means money lost.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask to every job, carry hand sanitizer at all times and am fully vaccinated against Covid-19. I am able to provide proof of vaccination upon request.

I can diagnose almost any issue a computer or electronic has and find a course of action to fix it.
Normally in person, though I can diagnose issues over the phone if you'd prefer.

I can provide information, feedback or guidance if you're looking to upgrade or buy a new device. In person or over the phone.
Custom Length Ethernet Cables
If you are in the Richmond or Vancouver area, I can provide Custom CAT6 Ethernet cables to wherever you need them. I assemble and test each one myself for durability and function. If the size you wish for is not listed or in stock on the website, you will need to contact me with your request and expect a 24 hour minimum wait until they are ready for you. I can deliver them in person IF you are in Richmond or Vancouver. Other than that, you will need to organize travel to my location in order to acquire your order.
