What do you love most about your job?
I am doing the job that I was meant to be doing because I have a deep love for people. I know what it feels like to struggle and feel stuck in life. I love helping people get in touch with their spirit and start living the life they were meant to live.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent most of my life working in corporate jobs feeling very unhappy. I am an empath so I feel things strong than most people do. I can connect to other peoples energy and emotions. My desire to help people is what inspired me to take the leap of faith and start this incredible business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I didn't just go to school and learn the text book side of life coaching. I have been through some incredible obstacles in my life and have not only overcome those challenges but have gone on an amazing journey of self-discovery and faith along the way. My gift, as an empath, allows me to connect with my clients on a very deep level.

I provide my services online through zoom to allow people a safe environment during COVID-19
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All appointments are done through zoom to allow clients to stay in the safety of their homes.

I have a special mindfulness program that will have you doing various action steps each week. By the end if this program you will be more mindful and present in your life
Addiction Recovery Support
I have been through the battles of addiction and have come through to the other side stronger and wiser. I will offer support and action steps to guide you in your own recovery journey
