loved the rice and peas, sauce was nice, fresh veggies but the jerk chicken had no spice to it and the chicken curry was bland. It was very dissapointing, I was expecting a deep bold spice and flavor that I'm used to with authentic jerk. I'm sure it's been toned down to sell up here but it was a real let down. More...

Can’t believe I have lived in the area for over 2 years and have never had Coral’s Caribbean Cuisine until now! I’m so excited to have found local Caribbean food. Today we had curry chicken dinners with rice and peas and a side of coleslaw (not pictured). It was delicious and exactly what I was craving! Since moving from the GTA I was happy to see that there was a Caribbean restaurant in close proximity. Coral's met and surpassed my expectations. Waaaay better than Sunrise restaurant (if you know that Carribbean food franchise). Best food, mouthwatering flavours, good portions. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Oh! We have recently discovered the great food from Coral' s Caribbean Cuisine. The Currie Chickpea Roti was both very tasty and very generous. The Currie Chicken Roti was excellent and also a most generous portion.Last evening we were treated to excellent dinners of smoked chicken with a vegetable combo of cauliflower, broccoli and sliced carrots plus mashed potatoes and a lovely gravy sauce .We topped that off with chocolate cake!! Tried Coral's today for the first time on her grand opening day in Sauble Beach. It must have been a very busy, successful first day because all the curry chicken was gone by the time we arrived. This was absolutely no problem at all because we substituted for Oxtail and WOWOWOWOW!!! We are so happy to report that the oxtail is better than anything we've ever had in Toronto or Mississauga (and we've had LOTS of oxtail). Oxtail was the star of the show! We also had the jerk chicken, which was also AMAZING and the festival was so crispy and fresh. So happy that Coral is part of our community! Can't wait for the next meal! More...
