Had a fabulous meal at the Copper Branch Barrhaven location today. Had the Nachos, a zucchini spaghetti bowl and an amazing Lime vegan cheesecake. The food was fresh, tasty and soooooo good! The service was just as good. I highly recommend going to this restaurant. Even if you are normally a meat eater. My friend had the black bean burger and said it was very good as well. They have a very extensive menu that provides options for anyone’s palate. More...

On my first visit, I found the staff and management to be extremely aware of gluten contamination. As a celiac, of course this is absolutely necessary for any place I dine. When I found an online offer, I was excited to return, only in my excitement I forgot to present my coupon upon ordering. After paying for my order and receiving my food, I realized I had forgotten about the offer and inquired about having my bill adjusted. The cashier explained he didn't know how to adjust the bill and the manager refused to address me directly. Is there someone at Copper Branch available to improve upon this customer service experience? Whilst the food is good and I feel safe eating there, I hesitate returning given the lack of customer service. More...
