What do I recommend about the Convenient Chef? Everything! Marika and her team are amazing. They catered our wedding last weekend and did a phenomenal job - everybody was raving about the food, especially her salmon and beet salad (both to die for). The food arrived hot (about 20 minutes south of town) and her team was so efficient and professional at setting everything up beautifully, despite an unusual venue on the beach with limited access to electricity and water. My only regret was not packing any of it up for the next day; we all agreed we'd kill for a bit more of that salmon!! Luckily, Marika has a great program where she donates leftover food from her events to local, low-income seniors - what more could we ask for than to pass on some good karma from our wedding?
