I admire every single person working in Condor. I admire them because every day they (at all levels) have their own jobs to do, but they always make themselves available to help the team out in any way they can. Whether it's some moral support or any emergency situation, they listen, they understand and more importantly they care. Personally, I've been through some hard times and everything that comes with it, there was a time when I had no one who could listen to me or help me. So when I join Condor, I was really feeling annoyance, especially because of inability to change or succeed and I cannot explain what a magnificent support Condor have provided me. They believed in me when even I didn't, they gave me self-assurance and they support my career progression.
