Tamara Hines is a knowledgeable fitness coach. Complete fit is a community of fun, motivated and supportive people. Complete fit has so many different options for exercise classes. It is impossible to get bored. Weighted balls. Fitness circles, hand held weights and Pilates balls are just a few props that can be added into any class. Started about a year ago at Complete Fit. Was nervous because I thought I wouldn't be able to do it or fit in.
