Try as I might, I can't click on 6 stars.I really can't say enough about Erika and her team at comfort keepers. Our family was thrown a serious curve ball and Erika quickly assisted us to look after our parents. Erika, her husband Al and her entire team have gone above and beyond and shown great empathy and care. Of the girls I've met, I'd gladly have them in my home and consider them an extension of our family. It's rare to see most companies these days meet the minimum of customer service and Erika's team have shown a level or service not seen anymore.I'm proud to know Erika and her team and owe them a great deal of gratitude. I am forever indebted to Erika and Al and would rush to their aid if ever asked.Don't waste your time calling around, call Comfort keepers right away, you won't be disappointed. More...

I have been with Comfort Keepers for a short period. The clients the ladies set me up with are amazing. I’ve had myself in a couple sticky situations, every time I call the office to figure it out I have been met with a solution and a calming voice that tells me to breathe, relax and we will figure it out! !! The ladies in the office are pretty spectacular. It shows when the clients talk about the office. The true appreciate that my clients have for our company is simply amazing. They’re inviting, bubbly, smart and beautiful, and know what they’re talking about. Most of all, caring, genuine, helpful and more than willing to do what they have to, to get the job done quickly, efficiently and with love in their hearts and smiles on their faces and in their voices! My stay with comfort keepers is going to be a long fun one. I can't say enough nice things about this company, the owner, or the staff. They are simply amazing. After living with kidney disease for 10 years my mother decided to stop dialysis and go into palative care which did not leave us with a lot of time to plan her end of life care. Erika not only answered our call but came the same day to do a face to face visit and managed to set up 24 hour a day care for my mother within 24 hours of getting our request - something other companies we had called didn't even try to do. It was obvious that she cares deeply about her clients and her staff. She was even willing to accommodate a complete staffing change and had everything re-arranging within a couple hours of my request. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure my family had everything we needed. The staff were professional, and very caring. Comfort Keepers took a lot of stress out of a very difficult time in our lives and we are forever grateful. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for at-home care and support. This company was a lifesaver for us when my father came home from hospital. From the owner, to the office staff, and most of all the caregivers they are all great. We live outside of Port Severn and sometimes the weather makes it very difficult to get to but they all was try 110% to get there.I highly recommend Comfort Keepers Barrie. More...
