I love the crossfit classes at this place. The instructions are all pros and care individually for every member who is exercising. The place is well-maintained, much bigger than the other places I went and there are much nicer people. The price of membership is cheaper than the other places as well. There is also an app in which you can see the workout plans for each day as well as the instructor. I definitely recommend giving a try to this place as they have 1 week of free trial to try it out. Great place! Great coaches! Love this place, I have been going there for two years, 5 to 6 times a week. I don’t regret it a bit, I lost 22 lbs, dropped 10 percent of body fat and I’m in the better shape than ever in my fifties The CrossFit programming is on point and I highly recommend it!
