Consistency!
Adherence to the program!
It can't be done in a few short weeks, it will take many months or years of consistency to get to that physique.
However, you will start to see changes after a few weeks! From clothes fitting better, to more energy day to day, to seeing muscles that you may have never seen before!
What do you love most about your job?
Connecting with people and learning about them, and how we can implement fitness into their lives so it doesn't become a chore and becomes more of a sustainable lifestyle.
Seeing changes in not only their appearance but mental state as well!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to help people regain their love for fitness and activity. I have found helping busy working professional who have let fitness slip to wayside very rewarding. They are able to let the stress go from a busy day of work and focus on themselves, getting stronger, more mobile so that they can continue doing their favourite activities well into their later years!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very well qualified and highly meticulous with my form and technique. I will ensure you are doing every exercise correctly to the best of your ability. I have been training for the past 10 years working with clients ranging from professional hockey players to everyday weekend warriors. I also provide a fun workout environment that is judgement free and open to all.

I offer Online Training Programs for Clients on an app called Trainerize.However most of my services are offered in person in the form of 1-on-1 , 2-on-1 training and group classes!
