What do you love most about your job?
I love holding the space for my clients to "look" within and find the answers to the beautiful questions that are posed in the coaching session. It is wonderful to see my clients breakthrough their old thinking patterns and discover their future potential.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My business is my way of giving back to my community. I have been a chartered accountant in industry for over 30 years. Coaching is a high level leadership skill that I am using now to help individuals, business executives, and next generation family business owners to create the future that they hope for themselves and/or their companies.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an immigrant, mother, and executive who has lived in 5 countries across 3 continents (Iran, Spain, US, Canada and Dubai). I have over 30 years of business and 50 years of life experiences as a mother, wife, and third generation family business owner/exec. Due to my multi-cultural background, I can relate to people from various cultures. I am passionate about empowerment and accessing our own potential.
I call myself a "belonging" coach and in my practice strive to help individuals first and foremost belong to themselves and second to their chosen communities.
I use mindfulness and somatic centering practices to help my clients become present and ready to look within.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have worked remotely using zoom.
My partner who is a certified forensic examiner and a chartered accountant has been working both remotely and in person given the circumstances of his projects at hand.
