I spent 3 months being trained by Kennedy! He created a nutrition and training plan for me and we had weekly Zoom meetings to realign. I lost 20 lbs and more importantly have a new perspective on taking care of my body. He taught me about the value of discipline and always cheered me on. So before I started with Kennedy I was 174 pounds and my initial thoughts to gaining muscle was to eat very little and go to the gym every day Kennedy showed me all the basic knowledge all the fundamental steps and gave me a direct path on achieving my desired goals I can now say 3 months later I’m down 20 pounds and up a few in muscle was a size large t shirt now I rock a small my waist for pants was a 36 now I fit into a 32 easily I’m happy healthy never hungry and am very motivated to keep doing what Kennedy showed me even after our 4 months together Kennedy is an awesome guy future father and a person you can trust if your willing to put in the work

If you’re on the fence about doing coaching with Kennedy, don’t be! I was in a slump and needed motivation to get me back on track and he’s guided me every step of the way! I've had multiple personal trainers before but I could never stay consistent and follow through long enough to see results.

Kennedy has been amazing to work with, I'm 3 months in and even though I've had a couple of slip ups, he's been here motivating me and keeping me accountable through everything and very understanding.

The workouts and diet have been easy to follow and if I was confused by something or needed to change something Kennedy was very helpful and helped me customize my plan.

You can tell he truly cares about who he works with and wants to help them achieve their goals.

Many time I have had prob gaining weight. Since I’ve been working with Kennedy it is been great; I’ve starting a ton and also been consistent at the gym. I’ve put on 10lbs in a month and great muscle mass!!!

Kennedy is honestly the best coach I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, he gets you hyped in a very nice way, I’ve had brutal coaches in the past and it works but it’s gets tiring and makes me dread going to the gym but Kennedy pushes you in a way that makes you excited to do the work and I honestly didn’t think it could be possible virtually. You will receive a Fitlog Training App Account which is an easily accessible platform that has all of your transformation tools organized for you. Your Fitlog Training App Account has your lifestyle course, custom, custom nutrition program, custom training program, cardio protocol, supplement protocol, program adjustments, and weekly check-in questionnaire. I also use WhatsApp to provide you with around the clock support and weekly check-in information.
