This is our favourite date night restaurant. We also enjoy bringing friends there. The atmosphere is relaxing, elegant and very well maintained. The food is the best part. The size of the menu is perfect. The specials are usually are picks. The food is prepared in a good amount of time, not too fast that you feel rushed. Chef Mark and the crew provided an extraordinary meal for our daughters wedding. From the first meeting, the communication, attention to detail and excellent service ensured a spectacular experience for our guests. An incredible feat for off-site service of 140 at a private residence. Appetizers were scrumptious. Plated dinner was plentiful, delicious and hot - served without delay. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was very comfortable and the service overall was pleasant. It was our 2nd time at the restaurant, this time was a celebration of a birthday (unannounced). We booked our dinner at 7:30 for four and by around 9:00, we were having coffee and magnificent deserts. The restaurant was basically empty by then. The staff continued to stack chairs on top of the tables all around us which really took away from the evening unfortunately as we felt a need to rush. On another adventure day! Saw this gem in the ontario southwest website and took a day trip just to visit the restaurant! Truly we were not disappointed. Chef prepared a wonderful meal! We got the Charcuterie Board to start (yes, I know it was just lunch, but we were on an adventure), hubby had a burger and I had the goat cheese salad! All was amazing! A Sangria later! We were both way too full to finish. So, if you go! Take an appetite because they are healthy meal portions. Ask for Rihanna, she was an amazing server. Attentive, knew her stuff and very friendly! Absolutely delicious. We went for the first time for NYE after sampling some of their delicious food last year at Fusion in Sarnia. I'm hesitant about dining out on NYE but we were pleasantly surprised. I was so happy they were back at fusion this year. I wish we would have went back for thirds and fourths! I had the pleasure of dining at the Clock Tower Bistro on Thursday the evening of the 15th. The evening fare included, portions of succulent lamb chops, complimented with wonderful organic carrots and beans straight from the garden. Underneath was a fresh made pasta with a delicious parmesan saucepan! The pairing of the Inniskillin Pinot Grigio was perfect! The staff all made this meal a 10! And a blast too! The Clock Tower does not fix what is right and gives away rooms to another person and their family the day of the wedding . . when my sister booked them a year in advance. They do not care at all with a this is unfortunate answer “from the owner.” Looks like the girl who got the rooms is close with workers there. Not cool as a small business. My husband and I are so grateful to have chosen Mark and his team from the Clock Tower Bistro to cater for our wedding. Words can’t even begin to describe how happy we are with choosing the Clock Tower Bistro. Mark is so professional, accommodating, and very talented. The food he provided was absolutely amazing and everyone LOVED the hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and late night snack. We have had many positive reviews and feedback from our guests at our wedding! A wedding day is super busy; and Mark made it sooo easy going for us. My husband and I were happily surprised and so impressed by Mark, he always made sure to take care of us and our wedding party. He made a personal platter of hors d'oeuvre’s for us during the cocktail hour as we were heading out for photos in our limo following the ceremony. This was not arranged and was a personal and added touch by Mark, we were so impressed!! This was just one example of how kind and personable Mark and his team are. Mark was so accommodating with my wedding plans, it was a dream come true having his assistance! The rental service he provided was stunning at our venue The Dark Horse Winery. I highly recommend the Clock Tower Bistro to everyone looking for an amazing meal.
