The staff seemed nice enough, but the receptionist (Sky) wore her mask as a chin diaper for the majority of the time, which made me very uncomfortable.
(You can easily speak on the phone while also keeping people safe and wearing your mask; it’s a thin piece of material.) If we’re to wear masks in all indoor public places to help keep the staff and clients safe, please wear yours properly to help keep us safe as well. You can’t pick and choose when you feel like wearing it, that’s nonsensical. (It’s also a very small indoor space, which makes wearing your mask properly, actually covering your nose and mouth, not just your chin, all the more important.)

I had an issue with my first physio appt being late, but they emailed apologized and made up for it. Shellene is a great physiotherapist, very knowledgeable and talked me through an uncomfortable and painful procedure to help get me back on my feet.

Love Clearwater physical therapy I broke my wrist April 3 2019 had surgery on the 4th n started physical about 5 weeks after surgery with a different physical therapy n that was not fitted for me n my doctor was not happy when I first come to Clearwater I was unsure if my hand would ever look the same b the same again started with them may 15 2019 to present n I really have to say that these people r over the top awesome that really work had to get u back to ur normal self I really do not think my hand would b the way it is if I did not come to them when I did u guys r unbelievably awesome THANK U SO MUCH this is the place u need to b if u need physical therapy

I have been seeing Brendan at the Mac Island location for over a year now and he has helped with my neck, right shoulder twice, and my knee ( the Joys of being an athlete) After just doing over a month of physio for my right shoulder I finally got in a decent swim tonight, it feels so good to be back in the water and not have to stop because it's bothering me again. Thrilled I can put more focus on training for my upcoming races yay. Lisa at Mac Island also does some amazing work with her hands, and is great to see for massages. I broke my shoulder and required physio after I healed. I was worried I would never get full use of my arm back. I know that because of Brendan Smith and Shellen that I am regaining the use of my arm. It was brutal this week with Shellene but a good brutal. In 3 sessions! Awesome clinic for any of your ailments. Allie P. is a wonderful physiotheapist - I've worked with her for several issues. She's very knowledgeable and friendly and finds a way to explain what's going on and what to do to fix it. Beverly is an incredible massage therapist. I've never felt more relaxed and pain free then after a treatment with her. She's absolutely magical. The owner Shellene is also an exceptional physiotherapist, accupuncturist and person.
