The company came promptly to give me an estimate for the work to be done. They arrived on time on the scheduled day and worked efficiently. It was a two man team, with one working outside and one working inside. Before they left, they asked me if I was satisfied. I inspected all the windows and said that I was unhappy with one kitchen window. They redid that window and it met with my approval. I am enjoying my clean windows.
