High on promises, low on delivery! Was clear on my needs and expectations at outset but couldn’t fulfil them. Arrived late, cut corners, tried to charge extra for services that weren’t even provided. Had to dispute it with pictures. Terrible service!!! Also doesn’t care about the health of their cleaners as they sent a cleaner with extreme cat allergies even though they knew I have two cats! Hi Aleisha! Thank you for your review. We have come to terms via email, and invoice was paid. My cleaner was there on time, but was unable to access your building as you had only provided your buzz number yet your building needs both the last name and buzz number. I had sent her as she can tolerate some clients with cats - this was a trial to see if it would work out. You also failed to mention she would be changing the litter box. You also provided your own "list" of cleaning duties even though that was not what we have agreed upon. Also, for any potential cleaning companies that wish to agree to service you, make sure you mention how you talked down to my employee as if she was the scum of the earth. Your attitude towards myself, my employee that went above and beyond is deplorable.

Bad. Dishonest. Unethical.
Bad: poor cleaning job, lots missed, called back to resolve and they did not (resolve).
Dishonest: charged for "deep clean" at extra rate and did not do a deep clean, but a regular clean, so that is cheating and plain dishonest.
Also overcharged us $84 (rounding up) and cashed the cheque instead of contacting to resolve immediately! Cindy had the audacity to list it as a "tip" in the invoice I had to request to see the overcharge.
Unethical: as soon as they were alone, they took delivery of MacDonald's to our house to eat on our time (they charge per hour).
I gave Cindy plenty opportunity to resolve after the fact (rebill me on a regular clean and reduce the time on account of the meal they decided to eat here), but alas... I cannot dissuade enough. Wish I could post photos. It's telling they don't have other reviews if they've been hired as many times as this site says.

Customer continued to complain after being refunded. Also had to review one star when at the least we deserve more than that. I spoke to customer on the phone and through email. I have ended communication because this customer has become hostile and unreceptive. Please do not do business with this person.
