I called Clarus and needed to inquire about a problem I had with no power to a receptacle. He was very polite and asked me to describe the issue and was patient with my longwinded explanation. He proposed a number of steps that my be the solution to the problem, and commented " lets see if you can fix this first before you get us out there and save you some money?" Wow! that was unexpected. He proceeded with his recommendations and in the end I was able to find a solution and save money. I am not suggesting that everyone should call and ask for free advice, only that this act of professionalism has secured a customer in the future if I ever need any electrical services.
