City & Country Contracting

I worked with ctiy City & Country Contracting I want to make this public because the way they show it on social media is not right it shayne the owner let me go after two work days away from my 3 months 🙃 for one kyle new why I had my days off and let me go after I had to take so time off for family and some mental health stuff and personal problems with I inform them but in the long run the end up kinda going back on thier word. . I have the evidence ant the days and reason I took off they were all good with it and then... then not ... on Schedule one person miss days that missed in last three month thier one other that up thier for literally sore and sick day all year in the Schedule and alot of vacation day...kinda show how they treat people and the one they like and favor some.. when others are sick and sore taking days off no issues... I hear the complaints from coworkers. but(nooo go in get everyone sick). for them to point out my day off and show no evidence but words in the guild lines... he Says he dose things right but show nothing.. kinda odd. Btw My mother in law had surgery a brain tumor and they mad me come in till the time of her surgery not spend time with her .. they say their a family company... that shows other wise ower said not much about .. witch you think it she could have lost her life she didnt thank God and to add those day to letting me go show even more... I had mental health meeting.. I took only 4 or 5 sick.. p.s I don't recommend them for anything I have sent a report out to work safe with evidence they drink in the office they are drunks stock the fridge everyday. and drink daily. one brings it to work and smell like booze everyday. its all a act .I can't even look at the Schedule they delete me right away for I couldn't fact check.. honestly (Shayne Finskars) is not what he says.. I got told by a employee today than he stressed and spent 140k this month on company and wages. The shop high stressed. about that and getting behind and sales not doing great buddy said.. and office. can't seem to order the right stuff or there all ways short on material. rush us to get job done. When it Improper. buy the way not on site till 9/830 cuz I all way gotta go to the shop and be thier for 3/330. the way this company work. Ready idk how it works. We hired City & Country Contracting to renovate a fireplace, install new baseboards and casings throughout the house, and reno 2 bathrooms. Communication and responsiveness were absolutely top notch as we had struggled with many many other contractors during quoting prior to meeting Shayne. Throughout the entire process they kept is in the loop for scheduling and execution. The work by Ross and his crew turned out absolutely flawless. They paid attention to every detail and consulted with us along the way to make sure we were happy with the end result. Ross made sure that all of the work done by subs was also perfect. They made me feel like I did not have to worry about shortcuts, workmanship, or design at all and I trusted them completely with the level of attention to detail they brought.
