We were lucky enough to have Tim be our personal chef for many years. 1 day of cooking in our kitchen by Tim every 2 weeks and we had 10 meals in the fridge/freezer ready for quick prep. As I worked from home I had lots of opportunity to get to know Tim; he is not only a good chef but an interesting person too. We cannot say enough good things about our in home dining experience with Tim on May10th. Right from the start, Tim was very accommodating and helpful in planning our menu for 18 people that would suit everyone’s tastes and budget. We decided on salmon or chicken for entrées with rice pilaf, vegetables, butternut squash soup and Crème Brule. He recommended wines for the meal which we purchased. The entire meal was prepared professionally in our kitchen with his equipment. He arrived early in the day to start the meal and two additional staff members arrived later for final preparation and serving and eventually clean-up as they leave your kitchen spotless. Our evening was so relaxing and the food was absolutely exceptional. We are still talking about how good it was. We cannot wait to hire him again! He will also come into your home and prepare two weeks of meals if this interests you. Thank you once again Tim, Nadine and Dave for making our evening most memorable. Tim!!!!!!!!! Chef Tim. I can’t say enough good about him. His personality was incredible. His menu is fantastic, as were the choices we had decided on. Honestly it was such an out of the box experience, and if you can make it happen and are considering an experience such as this, PLEASE consider Tim. This was such a great time, he’s been gone two hours and we’re STILL raving about our evening. 5 stars all around. Oh and his maple creme scallop sauce, I wanna bathe in it. Thanks Chef Tim!� More...
