My name is Chanel. I recently completed medical school and am presently taking a gap year to begin research in psychiatry.
I am specialized in raising awareness about one's personality, belief systems and spirituality in the hopes to guide my clients in detaching themselves from behaviours and relationships that are not serving them.
I believe counselling is a great way to reflect on past life events and how they impact one's present sense of identity, to then take action in a way that feels productive and authentic.
My hopes are to use my medical and psychology knowledge background to guide you through actionable steps so you can become the protagonist of your own life.
