We were fortunate to have such excellent services to get us there because my daughter and I had an early flight from Toronto Airport. The driver arrived on time, helped us load and unload our suitcases, drove carefully, dropped us off at the hotel with plenty of time to check in, and the car was spacious and clean. On March 10, 2023, we selected Nova Limousine service for our sister's wedding. Ross was wonderful and very accommodating in the weeks before our wedding when we had to change a few of our planned destinations. Armando was our limo driver for the day, and he was excellent! He assisted us in loading the car with our belongings and assisted my grandma, to getting in, who is unable to walk, in getting into the limo. At night, we got a different limo driver who was equally as fantastic (I can't remember his name). I scheduled them for February 11 at 2:30 a.m. because I wanted to visit the airport at 4:30 a.m. I also scheduled a return trip for March 12 and received a 10% discount. Last year, I attempted to book an Uber at the final hour, but I was disappointed because three drivers cancelled my ride and then called my freind at mid of night to drop me, I was literally visited airport on time, was really frustrated and unhappy. This year, however, I was lucky to discover the Nova service. Rohit was punctual and really skilled. Even their service was far more professional and affordable than uber.
