What do you love most about your job?
It brings me so much joy to see the progress my clients make. I've had a front row seat to all of the small wins (like being able to trust others and delegate work out) that ultimately results in the massive wins (like calling in amazing business partners and opening up another business overseas).
The growth my clients see doesn't just support their piece of mind but it supports their family (by allowing them to be more present) and growth their impact in the world.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had always told myself that I didn't know what I wanted to do with my career. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked in the field for 7 years. When I had my first baby I made the (mental) shift that I would figure out what I'm passionate about. I wanted to show my kids that you could do what you love and make money doing it. I knew I needed to figure this first out for myself so I could be that example for them.
Now I am a full time business owner, doing what I love, supporting business owners do more of what they love. Making my schedule around my family life and being able to be there for the kid sick days and holidays.

They should choose me if they are ready to go all in one their business and their personal growth. Each coaching package is trailored to the business owner. We dive deep into the goals you're after and figure out what's holding you back from getting there.
My background in engineering gives me a unique perspective on problem solving. We look at putting systems and processes in place, building out your team and most importantly doing all of this while keeping your sanity.

I typically work with my clients online over video/audio conferencing. I've worked with clients from all over the globe. I am based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and am on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
